Installation can be a little hard if you’re not ready to drill holes into your garden tub surround. But if you have basic plumbing capabilities it isn’t difficult. Unit is super useful in the tub (washing hair, washing dogs, etc). But my one and only complaint is that it will drip a little water after it is turned off, and depending on where you need to install it, this will lead to water on the tub surround that could be problematic. This is a massive oversight by Pfister so I took 1 star. We solved the issue by hanging the wand into the tub after use to allow it to drain, but you shouldn’t need to do that Pfister!
