The neck cord started leaking backward underneath the sink so I didn’t realize it. Filed a claim and almost a year later still dealing with them as they are refusing to take responsibility. Had to replace all cabinets as they weren’t sold anywhere anymore, the floor and counter top because of the disconnect from the cabinets. Thousands of dollars worth of damage and they don’t care!

Hired a plumbing company to install this faucet. I love it! The handle is smooth operating, and the spray feature is quite functional. The soap dispenser is great! The base plate that came with it was perfect to cover a new 3 hole sink, and looks very appealing compared to ‘plugging’ the holes with stainless steel covers. This product is solid and functions better than expected. Highly recommend.

Install was pretty easy, although the quick connects can be difficult to get right under sink behind disposal. The on off is a little sensitive and easy to leave off center so it runs if not careful. Quality build, nice finish.

The installation was easy and the faucet looks good. However, the accompanying soap dispenser takes about 15-20 pumps to dispense the liquid soap! It seems to take a lot of pumps to build enough vacuum. I’m not sure if it is a defect or that’s just how it is. In any case, I’ll be sticking to a separate counter-top bottle soap dispenser instead of it.

It’s fairly easy to install. However the water supply lines are very stiff and hard to bend. That makes in difficult to screw onto the valve. Braided lines would have made it easier.
