   Pretty good deal for the money. The hose is actual metal and nice quality. The handheld itself is of course plastic at this price but operates well and is of pretty good quality. The shower arm holder is also plastic and this is where my only complaint is. It is flimsy and can turn to the side if you don’t carefully pull out and place the handheld in it. If you over tighten the holder on the shower arm then it may strip or break since it is plastic. Replacing the holder with a metal version from another brand would be my only recommendation. If you don’t need the holder because you already have a wall elbow or slide bar installed then it is a great purchase for the hose and handheld alone. Otherwise, your money is well spent on this and it is cheaper than other major brands and offers a great hose and very nice handheld for the price.

   Finally the perfect shower head for me ( I took the little water saver ring out).. Water pressure is perfect. I like the metal hose. It was super easy to install!

   Product leaks at the pivoting head even if you tighten or loosen the fitting. The nut to mount the wand holder onto the pipe coming from the wall has two notches which are supposed to fit an adjustable wrench. However, they are so narrow you cannot get a narrow enough adjustable wrench around them. I had to wrap the nut with a towel and tighten using a channel lock wrench. The finish scratches very easily. Worst handheld shower head I have ever seen, especially for the money. Do not bu this product unless you want to waste your money!

   I searched for a hand held shower with a metal hose because I don’t like the way the plastic ones stick out beyond the shower wall. This is a good shower head and the hose stays flat against the wall.

   I really like this handheld because the hose is not “plasticky” and is very flexible and relaxed making it really easy to maneuver in the shower. It also feels like it is of higher quality than other brands I have bought and was very easy to install with no leaks whatsoever to resolve on the first pass. It is a great product at an excellent price, so YES, I would buy again (or get another one).

   The finish comes off the shower hose, have had it replaced and the same thing happened with the second hose. The connector is a very thin cheap plastic and has also broke asked from a replacement but it never came.

   I just received this and opened the box. Something is rattling in the head. This can’t be normal. Also, if it is metal, it is thin metal. It feels more like heavy plastic. It does have a nice heft to it, so it feels substantial. I won’t know how well it works for another 25 days until my house is completed; this is going in one of the showers. Hopefully, all will be well and I will like it enough to change my rating.
