The bronze is not too dark and has a gold tone to it. Felt it was easy to install.

Substantial Price Pfister towel hooks that perfectly match the faucets of the same color. This is a golden bronze, not the darker oil-rubbed, and the quality of these hooks is great. Haven’t wall mounted them yet but did invest in a little tiny screwdriver as suggested by a previous reviewer. Just for fun I painted the wall outlets, switch plates, and light fixture the same color with a metallic rustoleum spray paint and it all looks great in our master bath re-do.
