Great when it works, but that’s only half the time. Seems like the sensor has a mind of its own, will stop working with no warning and then magically will start working again all by itself. When we had an electrical issue it started on its own with no one anywhere near it, was like a scene from Polyergeist. If our garbage disposal had been clogged it would have caused a flood if we were not home at the time. To this day the thing scares me a little, would take it out if I had wood floors.

I got this faucet as an upgrade to our standard kitchen faucet since i spend a lot renovating the kitchen. First impression …wow its big! But you get used to it as it is also quite useful. Big pots slide under fine and the swivel is great since a smaller faucet from my water filter is no longer in the way. I like the sensor, great feature for guy who also has something on his hands….LOL. But …that sensor has also some issues. It suddenly stops to work an I need to disconnect the redline for a few seconds. Not sure if it is a short or if something else is the issue. It has the 5 second over ride function so next time this happens I will test that. All in all a really nice buy.

Nice look but have had to contact Pfister three times now for breakdowns in the unit. I just posted this picture of the latest – it has sprung a leak in the head for the second time now. On the good side, their customer service is excellent and has replaced the parts quickly and efficiently. Very happy about them, but their faucet is not worth it this time. Sorry.
