   We really like this faucet. It has great flow, is attractive, and seems to be in the middle as far as height goes. I had purchased an American Standard Jardin without doing my homework and it was too low, had easily-kinked sprayer hose and put out a miserly .75gal/min. It was $90 down the drain. This faucet fixed those problems in a hurry. The handle works with very little effort; it is very smooth. Installation was a piece of cake with the quick connection fittings they provide, an idea that I’m sure will catch on with other manufacturers.

   Hope you do better then I did as this faucet lasted just two years and had issues throughout.(I paid 150.00 from pfisteroutlet.com) I guess the old saying is true ” they don’t make em like you used to”

   In the picture the facet appears to have a swing spout and it does not swing.The facet is either defective or it is designed not to swing. In any event I am disappointed that is does not swing. I would remove it and return it except the plumber says it will cost more to change it than the price of the facet. Ergo “I don’t like it.

   Replaced a goose-neck style faucet with a separate control handle with a set screw that would never remain set. Once I had the old faucet off, this faucet was a breeze to install. The push on connectors made the under-sink installation much easier than having to fiddle with a wrench in a cramped space. I especially liked the large nuts used to secure the two posts on either side of the faucet. Easy to turn and secure from underneath. The spray switch works beautifully, returning automatically to stream when turning off. The handle is silky smooth and works perfectly. As with all such faucets, the spray hose is weighted to ensure the spray nozzle retracts. You have to make sure you have enough space under the sink to allow free movement of the hose and the weight. A bit tight under our sink, but it seems to be working.
   Overall a very nice product and exceeded our expectations.

   Had nothing but trouble with this faucet. It leaked from inside the faucet down the hose but it didn’t leak into the sink so I had no idea it was leaking until it ruined the bottom of the cabinet. The hose kinks easily, too, when you try to clean all sides of the sink. even though Pfister replaced it completely, I sold the replacement and bought a better built faucet. Pfister customer service was great, but this is NOT a quality product.

   I appreciated the quick-snap connectors for installation. I got some new plumbers putty, which the video said was required, but turns out I didn’t need it for the one-post install. A little wobbly with the one-post installation (but I think that is because my sink is thinner there – meant for a three-post stabilizer). Spray switch and hose-pull out works great.

   I think it looks great and love the brushed finish.

   My one complaint is that this is very hard to get to “really warm” without going to “too hot”. The flow seems stronger than my last faucet (which is good), but the smallest adjustments (right near the center range) change the temperature too much.

   Okay one more, the spray function doesn’t stay on without decent water flow.

   Overall, I still love the faucet.
