I’ve been a Pfister devotee since my first remodel (a million years ago now…), and this latest addition, the Neera Commercial Pulldown, is characteristically delightful. Straightforward installation, solid hardware, and incredible ease of function. It’s beautiful, doesn’t drip, and the pulldown feature is very smooth. All this at a decent price, too!

The springs on the buttons are of very pure quality. Go bad within a month. Do not waste your money on this.

Having owned, and installed, Pfister faucets in the past, I was surprised and not impressed by the lack of water supply lines and the cheap plastic faucet “head”. Really, for a cheaper brand unit, I would understand that to be normal but a Pfister…at this price point.
As a word of caution, be forewarned of the challenge of installing the tightening nut when installing in narrow spaces. In addition to buying water supply lines, be aware you will need one of those “swivel” faucet wrenches to complete the installation satisfactorally.
With this experience in hand, I’m somewhat concerned about what the future holds. I’m sure happy I waited for a price reduction but will it be reliable or, equally, on the cheap?

As a former Pfister employee, I got this faucet from the company store. Even with softened water, the faucet corroded rapidly and water pressure dropped to zero even after disassembling and cleaning. Very disappointed, thought these products were quality. Recommendation to purchase higher quality all brass valve body faucet instead… Unless you enjoy frequently replacing your faucets.
