It was surprising to see, at Pfister’s price points, the parts that connect the hose to the shower neck and the hose to the head were made of plastic. These areas get the most stress, so I don’t expect it to last more than three or four years before needing to be replaced again.

The head of the shower head is small. Do not expect a rainshower type of head. But in spite of that, it fit very well on my shower arm, the pressure is great, and it’s been working well.
