This is inexpensive but made of high quality materials, so perfect for rental properties. everything except underside of faucet spout is metal.

Just wanted to replace a bathroom faucet, now how hard can that be??? Very hard when all of it, is smaller than what you had!! Is this thing for a house trailer, sure does not fit in my regular bathroom!!!
