My first and last PP product I will ever buy. I thought the look was outstanding when I seen it on a display but this thing performs worse than any other faucet I have purchased. The previous Glacier faucet I replaced it with had extremely good water output it just did not have a sprayer. This is supposed to be 2 gallons a minute output but comes nowhere near that. I am lucky to get a half gallon in two minutes. The handles are an extremely flimsy plastic and the whole thing just seems so cheaply made. If they charged based on performance, this should cost $1 if that. Scrap price at best. I was going to complain to PP but other posts I have read say don’t bother.
Look at a brand besides this and save yourself the disappointment. Cheap feeling and poor performance describes this product to a T.

I’m giving this a poor rating because it really feels like a cheap faucet when there are several other faucets in this price range that are much better. The handles have about a 1/4″ gap to the base of the faucet. When you turn the handle on and off, it pivots at the top of the handle, which causes the handle to feel loose all of the time when it isn’t. There’s no way to adjust this, it just how it comes from the factory.
Inside the box, it also says that the sinks are 100% quality tested. Well, mine wasn’t because the valve in the hot water handle had a leak the first time I turned it on. I took it apart and found that it wasn’t closing all the way causing the leak.
I ended up sending this back to pfisteroutlet.com and got a Delta faucet for the same price and am very happy with it.

Bad faucet. Strange after installed by a plumber, turn either hot or cold a just a little dribble comes out!! Turn on the sprayer & full force is there! How can they market such a piece of junk? No way to fix. Useful time about one day! Do not buy.
