Someone clearly opened this box, replaced all the new parts with their old shower parts, and returned it to pfisteroutlet.com. The parts are dirty, dont fit, and don’t match.

This item is listed as a complete trim kit less the shower valve and cartridge. All I received was a valve and cartridge. I guess my shower will be out of commission for another 3 days. This Stinks! ( pun intended)

I’ve not done a lot of these, so it took a bit of figuring out to install the valve. Overall, looks and performs great. Nice finish, really adds to the decor of the shower.
