   We installed this faucet during a kitchen renovation in the Spring of 2011. It ‘s been a great faucet, although I hate the soap dispenser. I’m thinking about installing the same faucet in a home we’re building. If I buy it we will not be drilling a hole for the soap dispenser. I’m surprised it is rated for 1.8 gpm because that’s my only complaint: if I fill a bucket it seems to take forever, although I haven’t timed it. It’s a large faucet, with a high arc and the reach is really nice. It swivels completely in either direction. It’s also a really pretty faucet, even 9 years later. We have no leaks. Our water isn’t particularly hard.

   There isn’t a way to secure the faucet to where it loosens underneath over constant use. So you have to retighten it under the sink almost weekly. Everything else is fine but have to figure out a more permanent way to secure it.

   The faucet has been without issues for years now.. The soap dispenser seems to of developed a hole through the outlook shaft.. near the dispenser outlet.. I’m sure it’s covered by Pforever but a little disappointing.. But not a bit with the Faucet

   Don’t buy this faucet. The spray head has a faulty conception. The water leaks through the button that is supposed to allow ajustement of pressure. Had one before and had the same problem. Thought it was just old and worn out. Bought this new one for replacement: just the same issue after 3 month. Very disappointed.

   Only two weeks old and already – 1. Pull down sprayer doesn’t magnet attach, so sometimes it doesn’t stay, and instead just hangs there. 2. Inside hose twists up, so the entire faucet either pulls left or right, and doesn’t swing freely or stay where I put it. 3. Pressure is very – very – low, sometimes the sprayer can’t even spray. 4. Soap pump pumps out way too much soap if you use concentrated, like I do. I guess it’s perfect for those who pay for lots of watery soap. Overall, looks super great but doesn’t work great. So much for over $250!

    Best faucet ever!! I had one in my house for several years after a remodel. We sold that house and the first improvement we had done in our new kitchen was to order another Price Pfister Hanover!! We replaced the crappy, awkward to use Moen that we hated. I love the style and the pull out feature of the faucet head. The ability to switch from stream to spray is really nice.
