Our existing stems were so old the washers could not be replaced in side due to rusting/corrosion.
Finding these are near impossible. After looking at all the local plumbing and hardware stores I finally managed to find this part on pfisteroutlet.com after looking through every single page of shower stems. It’s pretty difficult to find when you don’t know the model or manufacturer.
In any case, it fit perfectly with our existing older plumbing and handles.
