Well made with quality matte finish. Reasonably priced (if complete). Fast delivery. This was a replacement for same item that was received, missing parts. This item is described as including flange. No flange was received with original item, or replacement. Both original and replacement items are useless to me without the matching flange. I returned both.

This description is inaccurate; the flange is not included. I received two (original order and a replacement after reporting the missing flange). The replacement was missing the flange also.
