Since this is a product unique only to certain faucets, there’s no criticism of it. It is the correct cartridge for an expensive PP faucet installed 15 years ago, and there were no problems after installation. Be sure to go to the Price-Pfister website to try and match up the cartridge if you don’t have the model number of your faucet to try and find who sells a replacement. Their website has a picture catalog to compare with the one you just took out. I can guarantee that you will never find this part by trying to match it in the big box stores.

i ordered a hot and cold stem from pfisteroutlet.com thinking they would both be the same? i recieved the hot from one place and 2 days later the cold from another place i spent 10 mins installing the hot side and 3.5 hours trying to get the cold side to work, i finally got it in but never got the handle to tighten properly! the cold side was not price pfister it was a crude knock-off thanks pfisteroutlet.com
