   First version had to be returned. The locking screw was too tightly bound when we unboxed. Returned and within a few days received a new one. The original “bad” version had an allen wrench locking screw – it was easily stripped. The replacement version was a flat head screw – it worked! Easy return policy…set up a return, delivered it to the whole foods locker. First time for a return, but it was easy and very satisfied.

   Very nice quality look and feel. It is unfortunate that most manufacturers still use the old school mounting hardware, but I used a toggle bolt to make sure it never comes off the wall.
