After 3 years of use, the filtration manifold, which is made of cheap plastic, began to leak. Pfister should maybe work with a better filtration system than the GE one…
Faucet is great, beautiful and easy to use, but don’t expect long life of the filtration system.

A great faucet!!! plumbed in just fine (let’s face it… putting a faucet in can be a pain in the limited space under the cabinet behind the sink!) … our water in town is notorious for being full of crap, and having the dual filtration system os great foe cooking and drinking water… and it’s really easy to use. The filtration cartridges aren’t terribly expensive, easy to replace (I have them mounted in an easy to access spot under the sink), and last up to 6 months. I was a little worried about the wayer line connections to the filter as we have pretty strong water pressure, but they are holding up nicely.

I didn’t want a bunch of holes in my new countertop, but I did want filtered water. This tap solves the problem and is really the only one out there. This model also has modern looks unlike the other pfister xtract which is more traditional. Having installed and used it for a month, I can say that this is a fantastic faucet.
Installation: 5 star. The slide in plastic joints mean you have to get it right first time, but otherwise it’s a typical install. I might feel better about compression joints, but there you go. No leaks.
Function:5 star. Easy to use and there’s a click that lets you know when you are switching between functions. Occasionally you can inadvertently turn on the filter when you are turning off the cold water, but you get used to that as well.

It works great until the handle on the faucet itself breaks / stops moving correctly. Then there is no way to buy ONLY a replacement faucet without having to buy the whole system again. Now I’m trying to find another brand of faucet that works w this filter, and will probably have to give up and rip it all out or buy the whole friggin package again just to get a faucet.

I have had this faucet now for three years and it still looks and feels brand new. Writing this review at this time to let everyone know the customer service is great. The button for the spray started getting stuck, most likely build up from my hard water, and after 7 minutes on the phone with CS a new one being shipped at no charge.

We installed the faucet a few days ago and so far we absolutely love it. We did not have any issues with installation. The faucet itself is beautiful–solid, heavy and sturdy, unlike some of the ones we considered that include plastic parts. The clean, minimal lines nicely complement the rest of the kitchen. The swivel motion of the neck and handle is smooth, and the pull-down attachment is easy to maneuver and return to the base. The filter feature is also very nice, and will allow us to ditch the filter pitcher and free up more space in the fridge. I could not be happier with this purchase.

The main takaway is that ours BROKE WITHIN 2 MONTHS. As of this morning, we get filtered water only – no hot or cold unfiltered water at all. So if you want to buy a nice looking faucet that provides ample filtered water and only lasts 2 months, than this is the faucet for you. Because after all, let’s get real, I mean everybody has 4-5 hours of free time to spend every couple of months to replace their faucet, right?

This faucet is awesome! It’s a huge upgrade versus our old shorter unit with the separate sprayer.
I was a bit delayed installing the faucet as it doesn’t include the large plate to cover 3 holes. I’m not sure why but that seemed to be difficult to find, I had to resort to ebay to find it. That could be because the faucet is a new model, but hopefully it becomes easier to find.
It took me about an hour to remove the old unit and install this one. I’m pretty helpless when it comes to plumbing, but I was able to install this and have it work. Once installed it functioned flawlessly, and looked great. My wife is thrilled with the pull down sprayer.
My only complaint is the difficulty finding that plate.

so far, so good. i’m always weary of plumbing fixtures as a lot of the parts seem really cheaply made and i expect it to leak very soon. hopefully i didn’t just jinx myself :).
anyway, this is a great product. it looks sleek and you only have one faucet for both regular and filtered water. the filtered water tastes great.
one small criticism, but i wouldn’t deduct a mark. the detachable faucet part is sometimes hard to reconnect.

We had a similar faucet in our last home and I love that there is only one hole. Very minimal. My only issue is that the pull down cord is not as long as I’d like. It is shorter than the previous version.
When we first installed it was leaking and something has to be tightened. Overall a beautiful faucet with some faults. Right now, it’s working for me and I like the modern aesthetic.
