The product was not compatible with our plumbing. The plumber told us this just by looking & did not try to connect it. I returned the product in exactly the condition it arrived. I was only refunded half of the amount I paid because I was told due to cosmetic damage there would be a 50% restocking fee. There was no damage when it was mailed so I feel very ripped off!

It is well built.
All the needed components are in the box.
If you are handy, you may not need to hire someone to install this for you.
Attaches to many common single handle Price pfister shower valves.
If your shower turns on counter clockwise it should work.
If you have to pull out the handle and turn right and left ( Avante Type) it will not work.
