My Pfister faucet was leaking, so I found (I thought) the correct part online and ordered it. Turns out I was wrong, so I called Pfister to find out the correct part number. Not only did they they find the correct part number, my faucet was under their lifetime warranty and they are sending me the correct part at no charge. Their customer service employee was very polite and efficient, and very easy to work with. So don’t be stupid like me, call first and get the correct part the first time, and it might even be under warranty!

Received part number from manufacture customer service. Poor description for hose as well as photo. Hose did not fit application and was returned. Expensive faucet and poor customer service.

The hose on my sprayer frayed significantly over a day’s time and I needed to get something ASAP. It looked like this would work and I got it the next day so that was good. The problem is that the end does not fit on my the nozzle. That’s a bummer, but I installed it anyway because I needed something and it was going to take at least 4 days to get something that did have the right connector and I use my sink way too much to deal with constantly emptying a bucket or forgetting to and having water all over the place. I’ll see if I can either get some sort of adapter or a new nozzle and if not I’ll just buy the right hose and keep this as a spare.

Fit in my faucet, it’s little bit shorter than my original sprayer hose. Look for youtube videos for how to use the quick disconnect feature attaching to the water supply line, there were no instructions but several samples on youtube. Also might want to get some silicon grease, as that was required for a proper seal.

It was an exact match for our Pfister Bixby pull out faucet. The original hose sprung a leak (after about 12 years of use). After a day of searching local pumbing supply stores we came up dry. I check pfisteroutlet.com and not only was it the cheapest online price but we got FREE (with Prime) same day delivery. A few hours of waiting and 30 seconds to hook up and we have running water again.

Exactly what I needed at a great price with speedy delivery. It’s a bit of a challenge to get the old one off though due to the tight spaces under the sink. I ended up using the open end of a combination wrench to push down on the quick release connector while I slid the sleeve to release it. Once it’s on there it’s really on there though so that is a good thing.
