I like it has two prongs for towel, robe, whatever. I have one in my bathroom and also the guest bathroom. One that I had bought from another dealer did not come with hardware and the company was nice enough to send me a new one. Good customer service.

Size and ease of installation, with the inclusion of the screws and drywall fasteners were all pluses for this hook; and I am not a pro at putting hooks and rods into bathrooms. It was slightly different in finish from the same brand from 4 years ago, but since they are on opposite walls, it’s not obvious. It’s working well, so far.
