Faucet broke after 1 1/2 years. Loved it originally, but it should not have broke so easily and quick[y. We’re NOT heavy handed people and always took care when using. Unable to fix the washer cause you can not remove the nail, no pin came with the faucet and purchased pins do not fit. I’m so disappointed-this was NOT a cheap faucet. 🙁

We have received several compliments for this spout. It looks nice especially when used with a vessel sink. The only negative is that the spout has formed white stains, probably calcium from the water? I am unable to get these off, even with scrubbing.

Very nice faucet. It is very solidly built. Install was simple and secure. The handle works well and is easy to turn all the way off. This is a water conserving low flow faucet, but that was what I was looking for.

Love the faucet and how it looks with our vessel sink. But we have ordered 4 of these to get one that wasn’t broken. Returned the first one, and still need to return another one. Pfister is sending a part to fix one as well. I still need a third faucet for another bathroom, so hopefully I can get one more that isn’t broken. Kind of ridiculous that 3 of 4 have had broken parts.

Exactly what we were looking for. Faucet also comes with a drain for a vessel sink, I didn’t catch that in the description so had ordered one. Not an issue with pfisteroutlet.com, was able to return the drain with no issues.

Very well made and works perfect. We first tried one of the cheaper, knock-off faucets. Those were horrible (water left standing in the spout, if you turned the lever all the way, the water would shoot out over the vessel sink, etc). We decided to pay the extra for the actual Pfister and it was well worth it.

Our faucet came with quick connects that spurted water all over as soon as installed. Even had a licensed plumber come out to look and he confirmed it was the quick connects causing the leaking. Said he’d never seen them on a faucet other than a pull out sprayer (in a kitchen) and that it should not have those at all on a faucet. I see most of the reviews are positive and I don’t know if we have a defective faucet & components or not. I now have to return this beautiful looking faucet. We are so disappointed to have paid $171 for this, not to mention the price of a plumber.

I was somewhat hesitant to order this from the website, but after checking these out in the stores and online, the price was just so much better online. The stuff arrived very quickly, and they were in great shape. All necessary connections were included. Someone warned that I would only get the item as it is shown in the picture, but that wasn’t the case. All necessary items to install this and make it work are included. In fact, it is shipped in the box that is sold in stores. Comparatively, I almost got two for the price of one. These look great with the vessel sinks, and they work great. I even got a positive comment from my father when he was at the house to visit. He is a DIY guy from way back, and it takes a lot to get the approval from him.

I would recommend these highly if this is the style you want to put into your home. You will be satisfied.
