Faucet joint plate fell out inexplicably after a little over a year of use. Shortly thereafter the faucet started drip leaking at the handle.

Purchased and installed this faucet 7 months ago. Paid $230 on pfisteroutlet.com. Love it’s modern but not ‘too’ modern looks. Love the pull down spout. Push 1 button to change from a stream to a spray. Press the other button to stop the water flow temporarily and switch back to a stream. Handle control is very smooth. Allows for good control of both temperature and volume. Soap dispenser works as expected.

The faucet itself is nice and works well, however the entire soap dispenser is plastic which I anticipate will break soon, requiring me to buy a whole new faucet. My last faucet was also a P.P. and the sprayer hose split and leaked constantly, but the soap dispenser was metal. This faucet has the sprayer and spout as one, which I like, but I’m not happy with the plastic soap dispenser. For $250 or so, I would expect more.

works very well for filling large pots and cleaning them as well.

I bought this faucet because I’ve had Price Fister products before. The water stream out of the faucet is slow and thin (like a newborn babe’s stream!). Took it apart to remove the water saver, but that didn’t help at all. We have strong water pressure in all other faucets in the house. I gave it one star because I had to for this review. In fact, it should get 5 negative stars, I’m that unhappy with it.

Love the faucet, but the installation instructions are incomplete. In order to connect your supply lines, look up Pfister “Pfast connect” online to understand how to connect them to their unique quick-connects. Why this is not in the instructions is beyond me. Docked a star for that.

It’s really beautiful but I feel like the curve on the neck is a little short so if you rinse something off it makes a watery mess on the counters. I have to pull the head down into the sink to avoid this. Still very happy with the faucet.

I looked every pull down kitchen faucet on HD.com and on pfisteroutlet.com. My requirements were a high arc and a smaller reach. Pfister had the highest arcs, with a reach suitable for my sink dimensions (which are average). My previous faucet had been a Pfister so I had thought of trying a different brand, but came back to Pfister because of the dimensions. I ordered Mystique and also Hanover style. I chose Mystique as the design was stylish and the height and reach were good for me. I’ve been using it about 3 weeks. I’m extremely pleased with it. The sprayer clicks in place, but even without locking it it stays up. The pressure is good, not super forceful but not over spraying and splashing. The sprayer and soap dispenser are not heavy metal, but don’t feel too lightweight once they’re installed. The chrome finish I’m especially pleased with. It shines up very easily with a quick polish with a cloth and doesn’t get splashed easily. I would add that Pfister faucets don’t come with supply lines, which is fine, as you can buy the length of type you need. A Delta faucet I bought but then returned had very inflexible lines that would’ve taken up a lot of space in the cupboard. I know that Pfister have great customer service should I need a part in the future.
