How does this get shipped! The packaging was not pfisteroutlet.com and was completely open. Parts were broken. The quality looked amazing but now our project is once again delayed because the last pfisteroutlet.com partner we ordered from didn’t even ship after 8 weeks and no update 😐

Purchased for my standalone tub. You can tell the faucet was built with quality in mind. Filling a tub is quick. Great fill rate. And strangely enough, it’s very quiet when filling. Beyond happy with this item.

If anyone is wounding what the flat sides of the connecters is for, they are to use a adjustable wrench on to tighten
hose connecters, 1/2 fip with rubber washers.
If you are connecting faucet after installing tub, be aware that you will not be able to use cpvc adapters as part #’s D, E,F, (rubber washer, metal washer, and threaded collar with 3 screws), will not fit over adapters. I bought 1/2 x 1/2 fip, with rubber washers, braided hoses to use as extensions to reach below subfloor.
