I love touchless faucets but I wish I had paid more attention to this one. The indicator is in front so everything you wash in front of it sets it off and on.

I looked at touchless faucets of all brands and price levels for months. So much so, I gave up for awhile because of bad review for various issues. This faucet is great and we’ve had no problems so far after a couple months. I did have an issue with the install as this does NOT come with hot/cold water lines. If you already have SEPARATE Hot/Cold supply lines that are not part of your current faucet, you’re fine. It just required a trip to the hardware store, so no big deal really. I do a lot of cooking and the no touch on/off is really a game changer and even better than I thought it would be. Love the no spot finish and the matching soap dispenser. Highly recommend.

Functions well and looks great.
I love that there are short copper stubs to attach the supply lines. Why? Because they can be bent to make space for the weighted hose that moves for the pull down sprayer. I have installed 4 different pull down faucets in the past few months. All of the others had pre attached supply lines that were very difficult to get out of the way to allow for the pull down to work smoothly. One was so bad I returned it.
My one complaint is that no supply lines were included and I had to make an extra trip to finish my project.

The sensor is not working. We realized it after installation and we paid $150 to the plumber to install it

It is so handy to be able to turn on the water, with your hands dripping in raw chicken juice, without touching (and therefore contaminating) anything.
There was a bit of a learning curve bc I’ve had 60 years of “turn off the handle” after use. If you turn off the handle the next time motion doesn’t work because the flow in manually turned off – DUH. You can accidently turn it on or off by passing a pot too close to the sensor – but again learning curve. When motioned on, the water will auto-shutoff after 5 or so minutes for safety. If you don’t want motion sensing it can be disabled.
OH bonus – when the cat walks thru the sink – the punishment is both instant and hilarious!

While I wait for the plumber to come, I figured I’d write up a first-take review.
This faucet will be used for a utility sink. I was attracted to the style which is different from many others. It has a high wide arch that is perfect for an oversized utility sink. I also like that it has hands-free operation for all those messes that a utility sink is used for. The pull-down spout has a true magnetic docking and the spot free finish will save time trying to keep it clean. It comes with a rather unique top loading soap dispenser as well. It appears that instead of pushing down, you can just tap the dispenser down for the soap. A nice feature.
All of the components look to be well made and the instructions are well laid out. This faucet does not come with supply lines but does come with batteries! 🙂 It really looks like a simple DIY installation and may actually attempt to do it myself!
This Pfister Zanna React Electronic Pull Down faucet is a quality product and highly recommend!

Bought this to replace my current kitchen faucet. The hands free is a great feature when cooking, the wife loves it. This does have a changeable aerator that will come in handy die to the Florida hard water

Worked great for about a year and a half. Now the auto on/off does not respond. Very frustrating.
