   I had originally given this a very positive review., but after a very short period of time, the back panel of the shower head has come loose and water just streams straight down instead of through the jets. I can’t believe it only lasted a few months. I’ve heard of shower heads getting blocked but never just breaking like this. Poor manufacturing quality. <old review> Love the look this gave my new remodel. Nice feel, good quality.

   This shower hardware gets an A+ for style, and an F for function. Buyers should take note of the 1.8 gallon per minute flow rate. Water comes out like a gentle trickle, so if you actually want to get the shampoo out of your hair or the soap off your body, this is not the showerhead for you!

   Phister as a company is great, and their products are well made, and made to last. The matte black finish is gorgeous. No need to spend twice as much on Kohler.

   Great quality! Heavy medal and gold looks amazing! Initially I got delta’s linden 17 champagne gold set for the shower head, but unfortunately, the handle didn’t work with my pfister 0x8 valve… (can’t these companies come up with a universal standard…?). Therefore, I ordered this to complete the gold look. Delta’s champagne gold is a darker colour and feels a bit cheaper material – plastic/thin medal. Hence, pfister wins in quality and colour!

   This shower head kit looks absolutely beautiful in our bathroom! We searched through so many options for a golden finish, but most were far too expensive. This one had the perfect look at a much more reasonable price, so we bought it right away. Our contractor installed it with no issues—he mentioned everything fit perfectly and was very easy to work with. The water pressure is excellent, and overall, we’re extremely satisfied with the quality and appearance of this product.

    I bought this shower head and handle for our bathroom remodel. The Pfister cartridge (plumbing installed behind the wall) was put in by our contractor, so we only needed the head and handle trim kit. Pfister is more expensive, but after installing this v.s. the cheaper end brands, we were very pleased. It was straightforward to install and works great! The head puts out a pressure that is lackluster at best, but it is a “rainfall” type head, so I could be being picky there. The handle and head are constructed well and fit perfect with the Pfister cartridge. The color was perfect for our shower. Overall we are delighted with the quality and workmanship of our new shower head.
