The only problem I’m having with it is, I have to turn the handle 3/4 of the available travel distance before the water starts flowing. Other than that, it perfectly fine for our downstairs bathroom.

After doing research, I decided to buy this and I’m glad I did. The 2-Handle, 3-Hole design was exactly what I was looking for. The matte black finish is stunning and adds a touch of class to my bathroom. I’m totally thrilled with my purchase.

This is a graceful faucet from Pfister. Its design is complemented by solid build quality. The base is real, though thin, metal. The faucet parts are thick metal. Pfister’s valves are ceramic and trustworthy. Moreover, Pfister provides a reliable lifetime-to-original-owner warranty from a company that has been around for years. Build and design are equal in my eyes to faucets I’ve bought costing substantially more and from fancier name brands. By all means, if you like the design of this faucet, get it. It’s a bargain at the price.
Pfister, once named Price-Pfister, is the fifth largest U.S. faucet manufacturer behind Delta, Moen, Kohler and American Standard. The company’s faucets are similar in build quality to those of the other top U.S. manufacturers. Pfister’s warranty is lifetime like other top manufacturers. Some reviews suggest Pfister has a less responsive customer service department than other manufacturers, but complaints have not been about failure to honor the warranty, but focused on outsourced customer service where the representatives don’t know the product and thus aren’t able to provide knowledgable help. Pfister has sent parts and replaced faucets, but getting there can be more of a hassle.
This bathroom faucet is exceptional quality for the price. The entire faucet is made of metal. The finish is quality–matte black, but not so matte that it can’t be cleaned. The faucet comes with a plastic drain assembly (though not with supply lines–you supply those, likely adding $15-20 to the price). Packaging is better than with many other manufacturers. Instructions are EXCELLENT. Pfister focuses on selling to homeowners, and thus does a better job with packaging and writing easy-to-follow instructions.
Don’t hesitate to get this faucet set. You’d spend over twice as much for similar quality from other top manufacturers.

I’ve used to be a cheap faucet guy. I learned my lesson when a store brand shower valve failed after a year and I couldn’t get a cartridge. Expensive mistake. Nobody’s replacing cartridges in a bathroom faucet, but quality still matters. This one is solid and heavy. It feels and looks like a superior product because it is. And that’s worth paying a little more for.
I also love the distinctive style of this faucet. It’s a definite upgrade in style, that will give a distinctive look to your bathroom.

Very easy to install, and I’ve never switched out faucets before. I didn’t like that the drain flange, and stopper are plastic. I ended up ordering ones that are black metal, from the same maker. They cost a lot more, but better than what these come with.
Very stylish, great looking, plastic drain pipe & flange are the only negatives.
