Faucet was very nice. New and never used. But the two brass fittings that you attach to the water lines and faucet stem lines were the wrong fittings and didn’t fit. It took my entire afternoon at Home Depot and a plumbing store to try to figure out the problem and piece it together with different parts. I purchased this as an open box item and will never purchase open box items again.

This is the third Ladera widespread set I’ve installed in our home, to replace faucets with unavailable ceramic cartridge valves. Installation is straightforward, all tools are provided (except for teflon tape which I always use on fittings). It’s been a couple of years so far, with no issues, so durability seems good. I was happy to find this third set on pfisteroutlet.com, saved quite a bit over Home Depot’s price.
