If you have an older Price Pfister 36 Series Treviso Faucet which looks just like the newer Pfister 36 Series Treviso, you need a different part, 974-002. That part is available at pfisteroutlet.com, but not with Prime shipping. Apparently when Price Pfister was sold, and changed name to Pfister, this internal part was re-designed.
