Easy Install with the template. I didn’t end up installing into the wall but instead bought shorter screws and placed it on my vanity. We will see how it holds up over time. I will adjust my review if anything changes.

This is a bronze toilet paper holder which has to fixed points instead of just one. It was fairly easy to install for those who are DIY but be aware that the wall fasteners are poor and I went off to the hardware store to get better ones to make sure it was securely fixed to the way. It has a srudy pivoting post and this prevents the toilet paper roll from falling off but more importantly this is a very hard item to find and fits in perfectly with my older bronze fixtures in this particular bathroom. Pfister is known for quality and it was a long hard internet search to find this item and I am to find it. Presently bronze is now out and the other colors nickel, white, black and chrome are the in bathroom fixtures so be aware of this change in home design. Bronze is still a great color and sadly replacements appear to harder to find. I hope this helps others in my situation. I feel very lucky..

It’s fine once you get it installed, it’s very nice. However, some ding dong decided to use hex heads to tighten up the wall attachment. They give you a hex wrench, but you can’t do a full turn with it, so it takes forever.
