   I bought it to replace my the cartridge of Glacier Bay kitchen faucet since they have the same part No. NSF-61/9. It works ok, it fix my faucet leaking issue. However the water flow is only about 70% of my original one. The most frustration is that the hot water flow is less than 50%, and very hard to get the position to run just hot water. This cartridge is only allow to turn up and down two directions while my old one allow me to turn four directions: up, down right and left, so that I can control water flow as well as to choose hot or cold water. I don’t know what else I can do if there is no other alternative cartridge I can use.

   There is a fundamental design flaw. The loud squealing from the faucet is due to air being sucked in from the sides of the flat mating surfaces of the delta unit with three inlet holes for hot and cold inlets and mixed water outlet. This is caused by deposition of lime scale on the mating surfaces, and aggravated by the pressure in the inlets: partially relieved by removing the small white plastic disc in the outlet spout. The only option in the absence of installing a water softening system is to dismantle the whole unit and soak it overnight in vinegar. A new disc cartridge provides a smooth surface on one side only. The design flaw is not providing cheap and easily dismantle-able both base and cartridge units in the mixer body.

    Fits Price Pfister pull out faucet FWKP600S. Was concerned it would not fit. Works well. Easy install. Hope this helps anyone looking to fit the above mentioned model. Just wish it was the home depot price… A little high.
