   Bought this product in May 2023 and loved it until the top faucet where you pull out started to peel off the “stainless steel”. It cuts me every time I put it out. Also the rubber has warn off where you change which water type you’d like. Overall does not age well with a lot of use.

   Overall I’m happy with the faucet. It’s sturdy, well made, has a good spray and is easy to clean. It matches my brass cabinet hardware fairly well. If anyone is unsure about the colour before they purchase, the faucet is closer to a yellow gold rather then orange gold.
   My husband is the one who installed it. He said it wasn’t the easiest one he’s ever installed but managed to get through it. He is not a plumber.
   My only complaint are the buttons to change the spray mode. They function well but I’m not crazy about the look. They’re a black rubber. I would have preferred something that matched faucet. Thankfully I’m able to hide the buttons by rotating the nozzle.

   This faucet doesn’t come with an installation tool. I had to call pfister and order it. If the faucet came with the tool I’d give it 5 stars. It looks nice and really stands out in my kitchen.

    Great quality faucet that meets all my expectations. Easy push buttons on nozzle release spray or stream and handles the high water pressure in my home beautifully. The Matte finish Wipes clean with no streaks and has a modern rustic vibe that works great with my brightly colored craft space. Hose retracts nicely though it can pause in the last inch which may just be too much stuff stored under the sink. I purchased a cheaper faucet for my kitchen in gold in this same style and I’m glad I spent the extra money on this one. It’s definitely better quality and I love that the plate at the bottom is optional. I chose not to use it.

    Kavibg recently redone my laundry room, I bought this faucet hoping it would look great with my cherry wood cabinet and new countertop. And it does! The flow is great, it was easy to install and is a good value for the money. It looks to be very durable too.

    Initially, it appeared to be good quality, but not totally happy. I wish the hose could be longer. The button for the spray function only stays active when there is adequate water pressure. This “adequate” water pressure causes water hammer when the button is activated (maybe it’s issues with my 50’s home plumbing?). At this level the pressure is is too high, causing excessive spray and splashing everywhere. Lastly, in less than 6 months the black finish started flaking off in places, causing rust to start. I am reaching out to the company for warranty support. Update: Pfister was able to replace the same item under warranty. The process was quick and easy but does not solve my problem. Replacing the item with one of matching quality might buy me another 6 months until I have the same problem.

    This is a gorgeous tap and is exactly what we were looking for in our new kitchen. The installation was standard and overall we are very happy with the faucet. One issue is that they advertise a “pause” feature, which is one of the reasons we chose this specific faucet. However, you have to actively hold the button to pause the stream. I’ve seen other faucets where you can push the button in and it will stay in the paused state. This is useful when you’re doing dishes and don’t want to change the pressure or temperature, but want the water to stop while you scrub a pot. Another slight disappointment is that the faucet needs to be on almost full blast for the spray mode to stay engaged. If there is not enough pressure, the faucet will revert back to the standard stream mode. We have another sink that allows for the spray to be used at lower pressure. Again, this is minor, but something I would expect from the Pfister brand. Finally, you really have to tug the nozzle to get it to disengage from the fixture neck. Very small details, and I will say that when you put the nozzle back on the neck, it snaps in solve very securely. Overall a really functional and attractive addition to our kitchen. I would but this again in the future.

    This Pfister pull down kitchen faucet in chrome is a great upgrade from our old pull out faucet. It’s stylish and very functional for our double kitchen sinks. We had it professionally installed and it is very sturdy. We have had it for two months and the swivel, temperate and flow, and the pull down sprayer are all very user friendly and work very well. I would recommend this product.

    Love this faucet just wish the pull down hose was about a foot longer…it is only about 10” long…can’t reach the bottom of the sink, it only reaches about 2 inches passed the top edge of the sink. But it is so sleek and stylish. Love the brushed gold color. Matches perfectly with my brushed gold sink. I will update this after I have had it for a while…it was just installed today.
