Fit as original. Good quality. Only complaint is it restricts the water flow a little more than the original and I don’t see any restrictor washer I can remove.
Installed it and initially it made that dreaded whistling sound. Took it apart, made sure everything was tightened properly and found the faucet still whistled. That’s when I realized it wasn’t the knobs, it was the nozzle I took apart to clean.

I do a lot of plumbing. I’ve learned in “most” cases to only use OEM valves when rebuilding leaking faucets. Lets face it, some faucets cost a lot of $$$. If it is a simple valve replacement, you don’t have to spend $100-$300 to buy a new faucet set. When I first started, I tried saving money using aftermarket valves. After a number of call backs due to a leaking faucet, I stopped using them. I lose money on call-backs. Now I only use OEM valves and have very rarely if ever had a call back. If your going to do it, do it right the first time! Hope this saves someone the trouble.

I mistakenly ordered wrong cartridge. Was very close to original, but different housing. Was able to use the new internal elements in my old cartridge housing to repair the leaking valve. Problem solved, all set for now.
Have found part number for correct replacement valve and will order a set for future service.

I had a drippy sink and knew I had to replace the faucet stem. Went to the local big box store, which all tend to only sell replacement parts from the Danco part catalog. Used th catalog to identify the stem length, etc. to find the replacement part, but what the catalog flagged was the replacement part was clearly wrong and after carefully looking at all of the 2-3” faucet, it was clear that there was no Danco replacement part. This happened to me before, and I ended up having to replacement the entire faucet. In a final attempt, I looked online and found a supply catalog of non-Danco OEM parts and actually found the Pfister part number for the part I needed to replace. Searched for it on pfisteroutlet.com, and found it. It arrived next day – the part included clear instructions on how to swap the stem from hot to cold, and it was quick and easy to fix the faucet. This just shows you shouldn’t assume that Big Box Home Improvement stores carry all available faucet repair parts.
