I bought Pfister because we had two of them in our prior home. Neither ever leaked, but the others did.

Got this as a lightning deal. I love the look of it, it adds a lot to our kitchen. It was a little bit hard to install, because it didn’t come with the water lines we needed, and we had to make a couple of trips to the hardware store to get everything for the fittings. The sprayer works great and I love the style. Definitely recommend!

After we installed the faucet it began to wobble back and forth indicating something inside the faucet has broken. I called Pfister and in 7 days sent a replacement of the entire faucet. They were very responsive and definitely back up their warranty.

The flow check valve blocked the flow. Almost returned it. Dismantled the cable body and cleared obstruction.

After four and a half months of normal single family kitchen usage, the spray selector began to fail. It would jam when switching between spray and normal. It would take some jostling of the hose and turning the faucet on and off. Eventually, the water would start with a trickle then come back to full stream. Then one day when it jammed and i was pulling the hose in and out of the cradle, the connector between the supply and the neck hose fell apart, spraying water all over the inside of the sink cabinet. I shut off the water and went to HD to find a replacement part. They told me that part is only available in the kit that comes with the new sink. I needed a kitchen faucet, so i just bought a new one and installed it. I called Pfister and they said they do not give refunds. So, i’m very happy with my new Delta, it’s a far superior product. It has a toggle switch for stream selection rather than a single button to switch between streams which is vulnerable to jamming. I will never buy another Pfister product again.

After going through several of the touch free, cheapie models, we finally ditched them and got this name brand one. It has been great.
