I purchased two of these faucets for my Wyndham Deborah 72″ W x 22″ D dual sink vanity. Both of the included lift up drains leaked from the chrome ring through the sink and down the drain tubes. I struggled with this for several days, positioning the drains and ensuring the sealing nut below the sink was tight. Same problem on both sinks. The fix was for me was to use another Pfister drain which was included with the Pfister faucet that I had removed from my old vanity. Once I tried that drain, I purchased two new ones through pfisteroutlet.com (details below). The new drains did not leak and work great. Also, I’ve been trying to register my faucets on Pfister’s site several times, using different browsers, etc but still getting errors. I just emailed customer service with the info to register it for me. I’m hoping they will do it. Customer service and warranty for Pfister in my experience deserves FIVE STARS. They are excellent and that’s why I said I’m still a supporter. But I’m not happy in this situation where I had hours of lost time messing with their leaky drains for this model and also that I had to spend and extra $26 to purchase separate drains. I thought about going to customer service to see if they would refund me for the extra drains, but I just don’t have time to keep dealing with this anymore so I’m posting a review of my experience. We are in a professional house, cleaning company, a large local franchise, so when it came to time to purchase new faucets for our bathrooms, we were very picky. This and someways was all about brand, but I landed on this Pfister instead of a Moen. I am very, very pleased. We have two matching ones. I appreciate that they are coated and less likely to turn colors. We actually have them mix and matching with our tub, which is a 25 year old shiny Moen and surprisingly all of it goes together just fine. You would think it wouldn’t, but we really didn’t have a choice as those big tub faucets are not in style anymore and really hard to find and when you find them they’re really expensive. This was a very decent price point. I had also looked at all the home stores and actually ended up buying these off pfisteroutlet.com. pfisteroutlet.com’s price was competitive. We did not need a plumber to install these as my husband’s pretty good at that stuff. Everything that came with it to install it was there and everything was of very good quality. It kind of took two people to hold the Fossett still while they were tightened and make sure they were lined up properly. I’m sure professional plumbers have some trick to not need 2 people, but it took us 2 people.

Purchase 2 sets in March 2023 for double sink in new bathroom. One of the faucet was hardly used, yet it start to leak water. I called a plumber and he confirmed it is leaky faucet. I like this faucet but disappointed it start leaking when hardly used.

Replacing a delta faucet that was less than 5 years old because they use cheap plastic parts under tension that break… this unit was super easy to install, came with all metal pieces and seems very solid and secure. Buying another one to replace the other delta sink faucet we have that SUCKS!

The faucet itself is very nicely made, and the chrome castings are of a nice heavy metal, with a beautiful finish. I knocked it down two stars on ease of install for two reasons however… you have to be very careful attaching the supply line that connects the hot and cold faucet valves to the faucet spout. The spout has a thin black plastic tube that drops down about 2+ inches, and it is not at the same level as the hot and cold faucet valves. It takes some careful work to make the two valve connections work without breaking the black faucet pipe, because you put a lot of strain on it all twisting the water line to get everything to line up. It CAN be done – but you just have to be super careful. Not a very user-friendly design if you ask me. And this was with me installing the faucet on the new vanity countertop before I installed it on the new vanity. Trying to install this valve in an existing vanity (up behind the sink) would be a nightmare – I’d definitely select another faucet if that was the case.

This product looks great. Wasn’t difficult to install as long as you take your time and do it right. Also had a great experience with customer service. Upon initial installation had a minor leak. Contacted customer service and after providing in detail the issue with the one faucet leaking they sent the parts that fixed the issue. Took a little bit longer but am sufficiently happy and would definitely recommend the line of Pfister products.
