   This is a nice faucet with a good finish to it. I just installed it yesterday and had absolutely no troubles. Installation was easy and did not have any leaks. It was a little larger than I had anticipated, but it’s still looks great.

   I’ve been through 2 of this same faucet, my 1/2 bath is on an outside wall and despite insulating it, there’s still a draft. Because of this during really cold periods I turn off the water to this bathroom just to be safe, especially after the first of these faucets failed. The way they are designed there is one section of thin plastic that cracks from what I assume is whatever water remains in the fixture freezing. I’m confident that if this portion was brass that it would not be an issue. They were good about sending me a replacement the first time, but that was like 2 years ago and now the replacement did the same thing. You can see in the photo where the weak point is that cracked. I really like the faucet so it’s unfortunate that it’s not built better. This time they haven’t responded about replacing it so I think I’ll be looking for a new model that is actually made of metal.

   This Pfister Bathroom Faucet is a waste of time and Lowes wouldn’t let us return it. I tried calling the phone number for Pfister several times but I first got a woman that barely spoke English and we got disconnected and then the rest of the times it hangs the connection up when I follow their directions to reach the right department. The plastic at the base of the faucet crumbled into pieces and the faucet just fell over into the sink! We didn’t know it was of plastic. We bought it 4 months ago bought it on sale paying $69.00 dollars for it and it is beyond repair within 4 months. We are out that much plus had to buy another faucet this time over a hundred dollars. I don’t think I’ll do business with Pfisters again.

    Needed a replacement when something happened to the existing one.
    Am familiar with Pfister brand, and the price was very competitive compared to local.
    Installation was no problemo and it is working as it should, and I like the height of the spout as opposed to the low one it replaced.
    It also came with a replacement pop-up drain which I didn’t need, but you never know….

    I love this elegant faucet. The arc will swivel from left to right, and is much more convenient, since the water flows from a greater height above the sink. What I didn’t expect was the nice size of the pop-up drain, which is much more attractive than traditional sink drains.
