Had a hard time finding the right trim and spout for our older home. Nice quality and price. It’s in a guest bathroom but I see no reason for it to not perform as it should. There are a lot of very expensive kits out there not made as well

If the valve isn’t set deep into the wall, the handle cannot be installed as depicted. Rather it sticks out way past the escutcheon which looks ridiculous. This is a major design flaw. See pictures others have included in their reviews. I’m returning this unit.

Pfister hardware is excellent. This was sold used like new, but it was never actually installed, because everything was fresh as a daisy in the original box. It was probably sold in this manner because the valve handle was damaged because the box didn’t protect it adequately during initial shipping. So it was $50 off the brand new $150 price! pfisteroutlet.com refurbished offers some great deals for quality products if you don’t mind cosmetic blemishes.

The finish and quality of the components are very nice, but Pfister has one MAJOR flaw with their design. They state a certain range for the valve installation depth and the only way to get the shower handle to actually look “flush” like in all of their online product photos, you have to set the valve back as far as possible, otherwise you have this long can between the escutcheon.

Good quality materials. Screw cover difficult to remove. Handle sit almost an inch out from cover player. I assume that this handle is produced to be installed where the valve is placed too deep. As it is there is a disappointing wobbliness. The instructions describe a 7/8 in shaft extension for rough ins that are too deep, you won’t need that with this handle. See pictures. My valve is the correct depth.

I priced these at Lowe’s, Home Depot and Menards. The prices were ridiculous, and there was nothing even remotely close to the quality of the look unless you were willing to pay $250. I found this set and purchased with no hesitation. The shine is bling, and it’s super easy to clean. It lends a nice polished look to your shower without the cost. Ive had this for awhile and I have no regrets. I purchased another set for an additional property.
