Once installed the faucet looks nice and works fine. The problem was the install. The hot and cold valve stems each have an arrow that is supposed to face forward when installed. Once the handles were attached, neither one lined up correctly. Once I figured how the valves worked, I realized that for the cold valve the arrow had to face rearwards and the hot needed to be diagonal. A previous review noted the same thing. Looking at reviews on other sites many complained about the valves/handles. Pfister needs to improve its quality control.

This is the 2nd time I’ve bought this faucet. Excellent quality, solid, and fair price. Really like the Pfister pop-up drain. If I move again will certainly buy it a 3rd time!!!

purchased a Pfister faucet for my kitchen sink a few years back. The adjustable nozzle was replaced without a hassle so I know they stand behind their products. Bought this faucet set for my new bathroom vanity because I loved it’s elegant lines and potential for keeping clean.

This is a Great Product for a Great Price! Had it for two years now and still works perfectly. It totally hides fingerprints and looks great. Highly recommended.

The Ladera is a nice faucet. My only problem with it was the install. If you follow the instructions you may end up with the cold water handle working in reverse, with the handle pointing away from you to turn on the water.
With two valve systems you must know or remember that the hot and cold sides turn in reverse directions which is why they are color coded so you put them on the correct side. But even if you do that, you should make sure that before you install the handles you turn the cold water valve stem counterclockwise until it stops, which is really the closed position, not open like you may assume. Then line up the handle and tighten it down.
This is not in the instructions. Maybe the cold water valves are supposed to ship in the correct position and mine didn’t. This was my first two valve install so having this in the instructions would of saved me some time. Tech support told me they thought the valve was mislabeled and offered to send me new ones which is nice but wouldn’t of solved my problem. I’m surprised they didn’t think to tell me what I discovered on my own.
