Wasn’t sure if I’d get Price Pfister original part but I did. Thought the price was very fair. Easy to install and stopped the leaking.

It took me a while to figure out how to make the two valves different, so one would turn on when rotated counter-clockwise, and the other turn on when rotated clockwise. Luckily the wife is an engineer, and she figured it out before I did. Installation was easy, but I made sure to remove all debris from the valve body before I installed the new valves. Good flow when turned on, no drips when turned off, and silky-smooth in operating.

It was a hard-to-find piece and I am relieved to have found it. Great deal!

Not sure why warmth is a factor to rate these on. Had a plumber to the house on another issue and had him look at my leaky faucet while he was on a visit. He said he couldn’t get cartridges for my “old” Price-Fister faucets so I would need to buy all new Moen faucets from him. Guess he thought I was a dumb old woman. I sent him packing and found these on pfisteroutlet.com. A video from manufacturer and was easy to install myself. The listing didn’t mention that these were for hot side and that you need to reverse the notches for cold side. No more leaks!

Sept 2023: The is is about the 9th one of these faucet cartridges I’ve put in. They *always* wind up leaking through the valve out into the sink. Hot and cold always leak. Sometimes in a week, sometimes in a couple months. Near as I can tell, they are all made in either Mexico or China. I have a whole bag of them. Sometimes, I get them to work for a while by swapping the ceramic(?) discs from one cartridge to another. This last time, after a brand new one started leaking in a few days, I got my O ring assortment out and added a thin O ring between the discs and the main valve seal washer. It is actually acting as a spacer to put more pressure on both the discs and the faucet-to-plumbing fixture base washer. So far (two weeks) it has worked! This time, it was the cold faucet but both H & C faucets fail regularly. We’ll see if this additional washer thickness works long term. The faucets were installed about 20 years ago so I know they weren’t abused. I adjust the house water pressure to about 65 lbs, so it is not too high. We’ll see if my purchase of a huge assortment of O rings continues to pay off.

I am very satisfied with this part. My faucet (I believe it is the Price Pfister Savannah Kitchen Faucet) is probably 12+ years old and had started to drip. After some Googling and You-Tubing, I discovered this part. The Price Pfister website listed 5 places you could buy it, and pfisteroutlet.com was one of them. The part arrived in a baggie that indicated it was a true Price Pfister part. It only took me 5 minutes to turn off the water, unscrew the knob, use a wrench to remove the old cartridge and insert the new one. After screwing back on the knob and turning the water back on, it was fixed – no more dripping! I also had to turn the slotted washer over at the top of the cartridge to change the direction the knob turned, but that was pretty intuitive and easy to figure out when I compared it to my old cartridge. This was easy to do and saved a lot of money versus having a plumber do it, or replacing the whole faucet.
