I bought this to replace a similar spray head. Turns out they are ever so slightly different, but I could find an original replacement, so I modified it to fit. It took some work to get it to stop leaking, but it’s working now. Water flow was SLOW compared to the old one, so when I had it apart, I noticed a restrictor plug inside where the hose attaches. I removed the restrictor with a screwdriver, and now the flow is as powerful as ever, especially the spray!!!

We had an older pfister faucet that was leaking in the nozzle cord. This fit perfectly in our older faucet. We had a plumber install .

This part did not fit. Earlier reviews suggesting that the part is being made differently seem to be correct. I have replaced this part before, and the part did fit. The part only lasts a few years before water busts through the seam on the faucet head and needs to be replaced. I ordered this even though the picture of the item did not match the last part I bought, and maybe that’s the key–order only if the picture looks like what you’re replacing, not just based on the item # !!
