   Okay so I don’t have any problems with the hose itself, but the attachments are very poorly designed:
   – on one end, you need some way to connect this to the sink shower head with some tool right? But they simply didn’t put any sort of grove for the tool to be able to rotate it. Therefore you can’t fasten the head (sorry I’m not an expert and don’t know the lingo).
   – on the other end, you expect to be able to connect the hose to the water source, but the way they designed this hose, you have to rotate the whole hose when trying to connect this end. My older hose simply had a two piece design where you could simply rotate the bolt/screw without needing to rotate the hose.

   I spend a lot of time connecting the hose because I had no other option and didn’t want to wait another 2-3 days for a new hose to arrive. Now, I can’t even remove it and will probably have to discard the head with the hose because I can’t disconnect them (as I said there’s literally no groove for a tool to hold on to).

This review is about a year after it was installed. I almost forgot I ordered it. The leak stopped and me and my wife are completely satisfied. Good purchase.

   This is an exact fit for a Pfirst Series 1-Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet (Model: G133-10WW). It does not include the spray end filter so I reused the old one but there was a new washer for the water supply end. If you have room to work under the faucet then this would be an easy fix but like many others my access was restricted so it took a while longer than I expected but definitely a job that can be handled by the unskilled like me. The counter weight was corroded so also needed to be replaced which was a separate purchase on pfisteroutlet.com. Its a bit overpriced for a fairly simple length of pipe but at least my faucet is back in working order.
