   Recently We decieded to do a kitchen make-over and needed a new faucet that would compliment a more modern update. This Pfister Elagent/Modern faucet was just Perfection. Ordered in Stainless Steel to match all my SS Appliances. The height was made to order. Did not want anything over 13″ high–so NOT to overpower our Bay window view to the outside. I’m in LOVE with ALL the great features too.

   I love the look of this faucet. It’s really powerful and have had no problems with the sprayer although we don’t use it that often. After a couple years of gentle use at a part time home, the finish is flaking off. We have the matte black color so other finishes may hold up better. Not sure how this has mostly 5 star reviews when the same faucet on other sites gets a 2.5 star rating.

   This faucet is a cool design, was fairly easy to install and looks great. The only criticism I would have is the pull out spray function is not as easy as my other Pfister kitchen faucet. It take a bit of a rug to get out of the seat. And the angle of the spray is a bit awkward to get used to. I’m sure it’s just a matter of getting used to it. I’m hoping that the “grabbing mechanism” that holds it in the stationary position does not loosen and the spray portion doesn’t hang down one day. Otherwise I love it and am sure I will get used to the spray function.

   Looks good in our kitchen, but for the money…I thought the spray handle was made with stainless steel, but it is very weak plastic, we are afraid that it will break easily.

    We originally had all Delta faucets in our house, but have been installing Pfister faucets and we love them! We’ve had this a few months now and couldn’t be happier. They are way more sturdy than even the construction grade of Delta. The black mat finish is beautiful and easy to keep clean and free of fingerprints. There is a guard where the hose slides in/out on the bottom of the metal tube that prevents the hose from being shredded. The water pressure is so much better than our last faucet! The different direction the sprayer pulls out takes a little getting used to, but I actually like it better. Install was fairly simple and straightforward. Zero complaints about this purchase. I highly recommend this faucet.

    I really, really, really hate this faucet. I had to replace our faucet quickly so kept this one (ordered 3) because it looks decent but the operation is VERY subpar AND it’s permanently spotted by water. The default operation is stream vs spray, where I want spray 99.99% of the time. If you hit the button to change to spray, the next use it’s back to stream so now I have a rubber band permanently around the faucet to keep it on spray. It’s quite difficult to detach from the housing to use it to rinse the sink, which is something I do a few times a day, so it’s become a bothersome chore. Also, the 3 other faucets in the house operate with up position as hot & this is the opposite! WHY??!! And the water spotting is just atrocious. I have wiped it a hundred times & it never looks clean. I’ve just given up. I wish I would have just replaced the old faucet with the same model & not wasted a lot of money on this junk.

    This is second Pfister Arkitek Kitchen faucet I have bought and both leak around the handle area. Called and talked with to Pfister representative and gave him order information. He promised that he would email instructions about free return and free replacement. Still haven’t received the email.

    Because it’s stainless steel it shows fingerprints and looks dirty really quickly. I didn’t realize that I would’ve bought the chrome
