The concentrated shower stream. I had replaced my old one after 16 years ith an expensive one from lowes and hated it, so i looked for paperwork on this brand
I found it on pfisteroutlet.com and had plumber come back to install this one. Yay!

I received a “new” faucet that appeared to have already been packed and repacked by someone else – box was torn in places and internal packaging was wrinkled and in disarray – instructions looked like they had been leafed through and dropped back in. The spray head was loose, and it turned out that the spray head snap-in receiver piece was attached to the spray head rather than in the supply tube where it was supposed to be. It’s a cheap piece of plastic with a very small plastic tab that pops through a tiny slot in the metal supply tube. I popped it back in, and in two pulls of the spray head the plastic part popped back out. I put it all back in the box and returned it within a half hour of receiving it.

We love the design. The nozzle will snap into place when fully retracted. Pop it out a bit and the ball swivel head allows you to aim it, release it, and it stays put. In spray mode, it has two flow rates. The nickel finish looks great and is easy to keep clean. Installation is VERY easy with the o-ring / clip-on fittings. The control handle is very smooth and easy to use. After using it for a few years, when we extended the kitchen and added a sink, we liked it so much we bought another one. The 1.75 gpm flow rate California standard may seem a little slow to some people, but it’s plenty for us. If you are impatient, filling up a container will seem to take too long. Great faucet. we don’t live in CA. Recommend turning it so the handle faces the sink. Your counter tops will remain neater.

I’m so glad I chose this Pfister faucet. I love the design, and the pull-down sprayer. It looks great in my new kitchen and it’s easy to operate. I highly recommend it.

Purchased faucet on 2/20/25. Contractor attempted install on 4/2/25 (past return date). Faucet inlet on hot side was measurably too big for inlet connector. Cold side was fine. Manufacturer error, but I am stuck with useless faucet. Don’t buy until you are ready to install, in case this happens to you.

The only problem I/we’ve had with this product is that the water flow is very limited. At full flow, the pressure is poor. The replaced faucet and water source/pressure was much better matched. This one, not so much.

I am so happy with this faucet! It looks great, has a nice long hose which retracts easily, and if you pull the sprayer out a bit, it is ball-hinged so you can aim it at different parts of your sink without pulling the hose out. The spray has two choices of strength. I did have to mount it with the handle in front, as the soap dispenser ended up being too close for the handle to be on the side. But that works fine and looks fine too. I would have liked the soap dispenser spout to be half an inch longer so as to clear the edge of the sink.
