   i bought these a little while ago they look great. when i opened the package (it was sealed) there was a missing or broken part (am not sure i forgot) but i called price pfister and they sent me an entirely new one even though i just needed one piece so i guess the warranty is good for these type of products. but after installing them, they were perfect. i recommend

   the bars were too long so my husband just sawed them shorter and it works fine, can’t even tell it’s been altered. love the way it looks too

   Quality product that was fairly easy to mount to wall.looks great in my bathroom with my pfister faucet. it was a little pricey,but worth it for the appearance.double bar also saved a lot of space in my small bathroom.

   We bought this double bar for our master bath to go with our faucet and other towel/paper holders from the Ashfield line. Looks great, and I love the efficiency of the double bar. However, we have now gone through three that have broken and had to be replaced in less than 6 months. The first two were damaged upon receipt/in shipment (the second a replacement for the first and damaged as well) and the other just fell apart as I slipped a towel off of it the other day. It’s the “knobs” that stick out from the mounted ends that hold the bars between them that just don’t seem to be attached well enough. pfisteroutlet.com customer service was great in replacing the damaged in shipment ones, but I have yet to see how it goes with this one that has hung for a few months. Like I said, love the bar, but wish it held up better – especially considering the price and expected quality.

   The piece is aesthetically pleasing, but the bottom/lower bar does not come out far enough from the top/upper bar. It is difficult to get a towel on the top bar when there is already a towel on the lower bar.
