   My wife spent hours looking for a faucet for the vessel sink in our new powder room, and finally settled on this design in this finish. It looks great in the room, and it installed with the same level of ease and quality that I expect from Pfister. I’m not a plumber but I’ve installed at least a dozen faucets in a variety of configurations, and this one met my expectations (which, for Pfister products, is particularly high)

   One thing to note – the spigot on this faucet is fairly short. As a result, if the configuration of your counter top and vessel sink (specifically the hole spacing) does not have the faucet almost immediately next to the bowl, you may experience a bit of ‘drippage’ onto the counter top between the bowl and faucet. That’s the case with our installation, but since my wife is in love with both the faucet, and the counter top/vessel sink combo, we’re willing to live with a couple of drips on the counter top.

   Bought these for our master bathroom remodel and an thrilled! They were easy to install, great height and look amazing! We’ve been using them for a couple of months now and they are so easy to clean and keep clean. When I clean the bathroom they always look like I’ve just cleaned them even at the end of the week.! I think it’s the waterfall spout, since it gets cleaned every time the water is turned on it changes itself, since it’s mostly vertical it has very little surface area for dust to collect.

   This is a 5 star for sure! Even my plumber was impressed! It’s different, beautiful, solid and sturdy. Plumber says that it is made extremely well with no plastic to wear out! Yay!

   We received this item, and it appeared to have been previously used and returned. Since it looked clean and all of the parts were there, we did not worry. By the time our remodel project was completed and ready for the new faucet, the return date had expired. As we attempted to instal…something was not right. After lots of phone calls to the manufacturer and trips to stores, we discovered that an internal part was indeed broken. We were able to purchase a new part and install, after extra costs and time. Hopefully pfisteroutlet.com will refund and honor their policy to only sell new, and not used items. Update: within hours of alerting pfisteroutlet.com of this problem, they agreed to refund 25% of the purchase price to make up for the extra part. Excellent customer service!

   I have had a couple of chinese novelty faucets in this bathroom that were a conversation piece but failed in a short amount of time. I searched long for a nice quality replacement and came upon this one. I have been very happy with it. I have even had complements from visitors instead of ‘comments’ like I got with the cute novelty faucets previously. I really am glad I got this one.

   I was searching for a waterfall-style faucet for a new vessel sink and this one fit the bill. I loved the sleek styling and the spout was just the look I wanted for the master bath. After reading some reviews, I made sure the faucet was installed close enough to the sink to alleviate dripping on the countertop but far enough away to allow easy access for cleaning. The faucet installed well (even though my plumber is not a fan of Pfister!). I chose it for the design and so far it’s working well and gives me the look I wanted.
