   Nice product, but very over-priced.
   The value wasn’t there for me, but we bought/installed them out of convenience – we knew they’d match our Pfister Ashfield faucets.
   I was pleased with the value I got from the Pfister Ashfield faucets/shower system, but I feel like we were really ripped off with the towel rings/towel bars/toilet paper holders. In hindsight, I wished I’d looked around a bit more, because there are a lot of other nice pieces out there!

   Looks great, heavy-duty, not cheap at all BUT it falls off every couple of weeks. Major PIA. The heavy duty aspect is now a problem because its bound to crack my tile. Fire your engineers!!!!

   I don’t know if it is just the way this is made or if I just got a bad product but this lasted about 6 months in my guest bathroom. The part where the hanger attaches to the base stripped out and it barely hangs on. I am able to poke it back in but I must do that every time someone uses the hand towel. Very disappointed because it matches the rest of the bathroom hardware. Afraid to purchase a replacement for fear it won’t last long either. The toilet paper holder was the same way. 🙁

   There seems to be a design flaw in this towel ring. You cannot tighten the internal screws enough to ensure that the ring stays attached to the base. So, after about a week of use the ring, which is heavy, falls off. It cracked my tile floor! After Pfister sent me a replacement, we had the same problem – hence why this is a design flaw issue.

   However, Pfister is very honorable – pfisteroutlet.com would not refund my money but Pfister not only sent me the replacement free of charge but are now sending me two towel hooks to replace the towel ring. It’s a decent remedy and they are not requiring that I return the flawed towel rings. I would definitely buy Pfister products again as everything else I got from them is top notch and their customer service is terrific. This must just be an anomalous product.
