   Very disappointed in this faucet. It’s very pretty but didn’t hold up. We have this faucet in our summer home so really it’s had less than a year of use and only two of us using it. It started to leak at the handle a day ago. It was a steady small stream running. Today the spout started to drip (a lot!) as well. I talked with someone at Pfister and they were happy to send out a new part. The wait for my part is 3-5 WEEKS! No way will I be able to put up with that much water leaking until then! We decided to just buy something else. Too bad…. We’re out over two hundred dollars plus the price to get it installed. Don’t buy!!

   So much more water pressure! Didn’t know that faucets have ratings of how many gallons per minute flow through them, this one is 1.9 gal/minute.
   Works really well, and looks so good on my white porcelain sink. Such a great advantage to have the high arc faucet for washing large pots and pans.
   I highly recommend it!

   Have had the faucet over 2 years, still looks and works great!
   But, soap dispenser stopped working, does anyone know what could be wrong?
   Plenty of soap in it, pumps water through it when long white “straw or tube” is detached, so I know it’s not the pump itself.

   Nov 13, 2019 I am adding current photo. It has gotten so much worse since I posted last. I installed this in June 2016. This is what it looks like now. It is all peeling off. I have Kohler brand for the main faucet on the same sink. Nothing has happened to that. It still looks like new. I will never buy this brand again.

   Unfortunately, I have had to replace faucets frequently in my home because of cheap parts. This faucet seems to be different. It is solid, has brass parts, the sprayer doesn’t drip, and it doesn’t continue to drip after you turn it off. It is easy to install, I did it my self. I’ve had it for about six months and have not had any problems. I like the simple design as well.

   This faucet isn’t good quality. The soap dispenser arrived with a place on the top where the finish is slightly gold instead of chrome. The handle feels loose, like it has too much play in it. In fact, all of it feels kind of loose and not substantial. The faucet is so loud that I thought someone was spraying an aerosol can the first time I heard it. I can’t recommend. The handle started to leak within a few weeks of purchasing. Pfister has replaced the cartridge 4-5 times and it keeps leaking. This faucet is garbage. DO NOT BUY IT!

   I had a great experience with Pfister. I was replacing an existing faucet that had to be replaced. My plumber recommended this one as it matched my old one in terms of pre-existing holes in my counter for the old fixture. It matched the colors of my existing equipment so I ordered it. After installation the soap dispenser handle kept falling off. So I called Pfister. They said, “No problem. You have a lifetime warranty. We’ll sent you another one.” Which they did. My soap dispenser is fine now as is the rest of the faucet. If my old faucet had been a Pfister, then I might not have had to buy a new one!

   While it is nice looking its max 1.75 gallons per minute is garbage. While it has a nice looking spray nozzle you will have better luck holding a glass of water up high and pouring it on your dishes, you will have more pressure. Absolute garbage. I even asked the manufacturer where the restrictor was so I could again pay a plumber to come remove it and make this nice looking faucet set useful but they choose to not reply. Needless to say I will never buy from this manufacturer again.

   Installed , but disappointed in the quality of the product. Cheap plastic compared to what I replaced for the money. Good internal parts ( Brass) but appearance was lacking. Handle was too short and performance to be determined. Would consider other options next time!

   I received this product on April 13th, 2025. I had it installed but the hot water side don’t work. So I call pfisteroutlet.com on May 9th, 2025 they stated that they will refund me my money and no need to return the item. I haven’t received my refund so I call back, now it’s a different tone. NOW they saying I need to return the item before I get my refund. “No problem ” but the window is close to submit a refund, so how can I return it. Please advise!!!!!!!

    I purchased this to replace another, that I purchased to replace another.. See the theme?
    This time, the soap dispenser quite after about 3 months. No assistance from the manufacturer. They don’t seem to stand behind their product long enough to keep from leaving the customer with a bad taste in their wallet and mouth.

    Very nice looking – a bit disappointed in the sprayer. All of the other parts of this faucet are very sturdy; the sprayer feels flimsy and cheap for the price I paid.

    I like that they are shiny and always look clean. I do wipe them down frequently. The faucet is high which is great for filling large pans or a bucket. I can wash our pup in the sink and rinse him off easily. Its easy to wipe water up around the faucet. I do recommend it! It blends with contemporary, traditional and whatever you have. Great faucet!

    Paid for a plumber to install. Turned on the water and the main component, ie. the faucet, leaked…actually it poured water into the cabinet. Something wrong with interior components of the spout. Sent it back. Had to pay the plumber twice as to install a different faucet that I ran over to Home Depot to buy.
    Never buying Pfister again.
