Just as described with easy instructions for installation. All the parts were present and the towel bar looks super.

Quality: Much better than expected for an inexpensive item. Very heavy. Appears to be chrome-plated. I like how sturdy it is and find it very attractive. It is not thin-walled or plastic. Built like something 3X the price.

Installation: I was skeptical at first when I saw the wall mounting system, but it ended being a breeze and darn innovative. One part of the installation guide said to install it in a goofy way in “harder” surfaces – like a stud I suppose – but I ignored that and drilled a smaller hole. Let someone else drill a 3/8” hole in a stud for a towel rack, not me. Decide for yourself.

Value: Excellent product for the price. Hardware complete. Highly recommended.
