I love this shower head! It goes really well in our white shower. The only downside to the color black is it shows hard water stains almost immediately. I don’t think this one is as hard to clean as others! And again, it looks so modern so I love it!

I have loved everything Pfister until this. The showerhead is all plastic and I felt I could find something better. I could have dealt with it but the handle seems to stick out a lot from the cover thing and my toddler is sure to hit his head on it as he learns to shower. Aesthetically pleasing but not for us.

Overall the product seems ok. Handle is solid but shower head is plastic. It arrived in pieces in an pfisteroutlet.com box and not a Pfister box at all. There were scratches on the shower arm and head. I’m wondering if it was a returned purchase and they just sold it to me. The matte black looks great, but it seems to show finger prints/grease already.
