so easy to use, so easy on the eyes. i like the clean sculpted lines. and the cost is reasonable. a relief from the extravagant, but tiresome same old frills at outrageous prices. i admit that i was confused and disappointed as i searched in the stores and online for replacement faucets until i found this gem. thanks pfister.

This is a really nice faucet for the price, but I wish it would’ve stated somewhere that 1.) you CANNOT change out the handles (in case you wanted to reuse existing vintage “hot” / “cold” handles), and (2.) the knob on the faucet (that mimics a pull-up drain stopper) is a “dummy” / for looks only, and welded in place; the only available option for a stopper is the included “push-click-release” one. If you don’t want to have to reach into dirty water to push-release the stopper to let water drain, OR were thinking you could install other handles with these stems — you’ll be in for a surprise, like I was. Other than that, it’s a nice-looking, sturdy faucet for the money.

This is simply a nice faucet. It’s well made and looks like the photos. The drain plug is a clever push-push design that actually holds water without leaking. I left water in the sink overnight to test it out and it held perfectly. By far the most difficult part of the job was removing the old faucet.
Kudos to Pfister’s customer service. During installation, one of the plastic pieces cracked. Entirely the fault of the installer using the wrong tool. One call to Pfister and they sent out a replacement right away, no charge. This wasn’t the first time I had similar service with the company and is among the main reasons for choosing this brand.

A great faucet for the price.

The faucets were beautiful, but were a bear to install. Not my first rodeo – I’ve installed many faucets, but these were a challenge.

Just what we were looking for. long reach of faucet “arm”. Helps my little kids wash their hands without struggling to reach the water. And its really nice looking!
