Do not buy this faucet if you have a corner sink (2 sinks at 90 degrees to each other). The faucet doesn’t have enough turn to feed both sinks well and Pfeister didn’t reply to my question as to whether there is a way to get more than 75 degrees of turn.

I bought from Home Depot. After 2.5 months, the handle got very still to turn water on or off. So was the side to side motion. We took it back for an exchange and that was a mistake. The second one experienced that same thing after awhile. It was hard to turn on and off the water and move the faucet side by side. It also make lots of noise. After 6 months, the handle broke. The inside black plastic that connects to the handle break.
On both faucets, you can not change the water temperature while the water is on by moving the handle sideway. The water has to be turn off before turning sideway to change the temperature.
I will never buy a Pfister again.

Out of the box and installed, I like how this faucet operates. The spray function has good pressure to remove food from dishes, returns to faucet mode when off and otherwise functions as expected. However as others mentioned ours got difficult to rotate and would start to bind but this was 4 years of use. After 6 months of this I went to turn the faucet and since I held from the end of the plastic pull out sprayer, the plastic snapped. When I tried to remove the faucet I couldn’t get the nut to budge, more corrosion, and ended up cutting off the faucet w a saw. So… cheap faucet, low quality and 4 years of great function. Since we’re remodeling the kitchen soon, I didn’t bother contacting pfister to replace and just bought an open box discounted replacement on pfisteroutlet.com. New faucet works great, just planning to replace in a few years.

We bought this same faucet at Home Depot, partly because of it’s “Lifetime Mechanical” warranty. The first time it broke, it was the spray head, and we called their Support number and a replacement was sent no-charge reasonably quickly or faster (it’s been a while). That was good. But for the last week, the hose has been leaking A LOT, and several calls to Support have gotten me nothing but “we need 10-14 days to help you”. I think I’ve called (4) times now. Get this, they said they didn’t have the replacement hose in-stock and were going to make me wait a month for a replacement, which I said was NOT GOOD ENOUGH. So after discussing with his manager, they were going to send me an entire faucet. I said “OK, send it”. That was a week ago, it has not been sent yet ! Sorry Pfister, but this isn’t good enough. How can a repairs parts center run out of a common replacement part, and not step up and provide good service ? I can’t recommend anyone buy the Pfister brand ! Do yourself a favor and stick with Delta or someone good, instead !

Bought from Home Depot. Had it installed by plumber. Handle makes crunch noise when turning on or
going from hot to cold. Totally flimsy piece of junk. Buy at your own risk. Pfister sent me a replacement no questions asked. That should tell you something. Probably not going to use it and get only another 1 or 2 years out of it. .Will buy a Moen or Delta. Google this faucet you will see hundresds of complaints. My mistake. Stay away.
